Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can white beans
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 pinch(s) of pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Daniel’s Tomato Beans

Boil the beans in the water for about 10 minutes, then add the tomato paste and vinegar and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes. Season to taste. Homemade garlic bread goes wonderfully with this dish.
