- 115 g Butter, alternatively baking margarine, soft
- 115 g Sugar, white
- 115 g Sugar, brown
- 1 Egg
- 0,5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 180 g Flour
- 1 packet Paradise cream vanilla
- 0,5 tsp Baking soda
- 0,5 tsp Salt
- Chocolate chips
- Mix the butter and the two types of sugar until foamy, then add the egg and vanilla extract and stir in well.
- Then mix the flour, paradise cream, baking soda and salt and add to the other ingredients and stir until a creamy dough is formed.
- Now add the chocolate chips (to your taste and mood, but I would not take more than 100 grams on the amount of dough) and stir with a spatula.
- I now put the dough with a small ice cream scoop on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. But you can also take two spoons and portion the dough. Two trays came out of me. Make sure there is enough space between the cookies, the dough will spread apart.
- Bake at 160 ° C fan oven or 180 ° C top and bottom heat for about 10-12 minutes.
