Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g milk powder (coffee whitener)
  • 350 g powdered sugar
  • 70 g cocoa powder
  • 70 g instant coffee powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp gingerbread spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients and pass through a fine sieve three times or grind finely in a blender. Pour into airtight jars and store tightly closed. Preparation: Add 3 heaped teaspoons to a mug of hot water and stir well.
