Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp grain, freshly ground
  • 2 tbsp water
  • ½ apple
  • ½ nectarine(s) or other fruit
  • 100 g low-fat yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 20 minutes

for a fat and cholesterol-conscious diet

Soak the cereal grains in water overnight. The next morning, wash the fruit, grate the apple, finely chop the nectarine, and stir it into the cereal grains along with the yogurt. You can also use semi-skimmed or skimmed milk instead of yogurt.
