Apple salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg apples
  • 1 pot of yogurt, 3.5%, (small pot, 150 g)
  • 5 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • possibly rum, approx. 1 tbsp
  • 3 tbsp almond flakes
  • 2 tbsp raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the dressing together with yogurt, cream, lemon juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, and rum (to taste). Peel the apples and coarsely grate them into the salad dressing. Stir in flaked almonds and/or raisins, if desired. The salad tastes best fresh. It’s great as a dessert after a main course without vegetables or salad. It’s also delicious on a brunch buffet.
