Apple waffles with cinnamon

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g margarine (half-fat margarine)
  • 15 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 250 g flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ liter milk (1.5% fat)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 3 apples, grated
  • Butter for the waffle iron

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick and easy

Mix all ingredients except the apples until you have a smooth, not too runny batter. Then carefully fold in the grated apples. Preheat a waffle iron, grease it with butter, and bake the waffles in batches. Top with either powdered sugar or a dollop of applesauce.
