Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g apples
  • 400 g pear(s)
  • 400 g plum(s)
  • 300 g elderberries
  • 1 clove(s)
  • ½ stalk(s) cinnamon
  • 1,500 g gelling sugar, 1:1

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

Peel, halve, core, and cut the apples, pears, and plums into small pieces. Wash and drain the elderberries. Combine the fruit mixture with the spices and gelling sugar and let it steep for 3-4 hours. Then bring to a boil while stirring and simmer for 4 minutes. Remove the cloves and cinnamon stick, fill jars, and seal immediately.
