Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 1 small onion(s) , small
- 100 g Gorgonzola, – 150 g or other blue cheese
- 2 cloves garlic or 3
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 150 g crème fraîche
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Pit the avocado and scoop out the skin with a teaspoon. Dice the cheese, finely chop the onion, press the garlic, and add it to the avocado along with the crème fraîche and lemon juice. Depending on the desired consistency and ripeness of the avocado and cheese, either mash with a fork or purée thoroughly with a hand blender. Season to taste with soy sauce (or salt if you don’t have any on hand) and pepper. Tastes great baked in a raclette pan or as a dip or cold spread on toast.
