Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Quark lean
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1 splash Sweetener
  • 3 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
  • 20 g Chopped almonds
  • 30 g Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon and sugar
  • 1 Belle de Boskoop Apples

Instructions
 

  • Grease a small baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
  • Mix the quark, egg, semolina, vanilla sugar, custard powder, sweetener, almonds and raisins to a smooth mass. Pour into the baking dish.
  • Peel and core apples and cut into wedges. Sink this into the dough in the shape of a sun. Push into the tube for 35-40 minutes. With cream or vanilla sauce.
