Baked Apple Casserole
The perfect baked apple casserole recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Quark lean
- 1 Egg
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp Custard powder
- 1 Splash Sweetener
- 3 tbsp Soft wheat semolina
- 20 g Chopped almonds
- 30 g Raisins
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon and sugar
- 1 Apple boskop
- Grease a small baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 °.
- Mix the quark, egg, semolina, vanilla sugar, custard powder, sweetener, almonds and raisins to a smooth mass. Pour into the baking dish.
- Peel and core apples and cut into wedges. Sink this into the dough in the shape of a sun. Push into the tube for 35-40 minutes. With cream or vanilla sauce.
