Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg fruit (apples, pears, bananas, grapes)
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pure fruit flavors

Peel the fruit, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a baking dish. Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites until stiff, and set aside. Whisk the egg yolks with the sour cream and cinnamon until frothy, then fold in the egg whites. Spread the mixture over the fruit in the baking dish. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
