- 2 green peppers
- 30 g dried tomatoes, without oil
- 250 g ricotta
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt
- pepper

Spicy ricotta – cream cheese with dried tomatoes
Halve the green peppers lengthwise, remove the seeds, and cut crosswise into thin strips. Finely slice the sun-dried tomatoes (without oil). Mix together 250g of ricotta and the egg yolk. Add the peppers and tomatoes, fold in, and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan-assisted oven) for 40-50 minutes. Tastes delicious on toasted baguette.
