Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg banana(s), ripe, peeled
  • 1 packet of gelling sugar (1:2)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • possibly vodka

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Roughly chop the bananas, add the lemon juice, and sprinkle with sugar. Now chop everything thoroughly with a hand blender. Bring to a rolling boil according to the instructions for 3 minutes. Pour into the prepared glasses, put the lids on, and chill until cold. Once opened, please refrigerate! For adults, you can stir in two shot glasses of vodka after cooking!
