Basic Recipe Pizza Dough

The pizza dough
- 200 g Flour
- 100 Milliliters Lukewarm water
- 0,5 packet Yeast cubes
- 1 Teaspoon (level) Salt
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
The topping
- 0,25 Can Pizza sauce with oregano from “Oro di Parma”
- 100 g Grated mozzarella
The pizza dough
- Put the flour in a bowl and add the salt and olive oil. Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add to the dough, knead everything very well by hand and cover (with a cloth) leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. When the dough has become significantly larger and has become fluffy due to the yeast, after kneading it again well, you can roll it out thinly with a rolling pin on the work surface dusted with flour. Depending on the topping, the dough needs about 20-30 minutes in the oven at 200 ° to be perfect.
The topping
- Cover the pizza dough evenly with pizza sauce with oro di Parma oro di Parma and grated mozzarella well. now add additional ingredients to the pizza, ham, depending on your taste Salami, peppers, tuna, onions, anything goes. My favorite is after baking, some Parma ham with rocket and fresh Parmesan, some olive oil over and done.
