Beef Fillet Steak with Broccoli

The perfect beef fillet steak with broccoli recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Beef fillet steak à 125 – 150 g
  • 500 g Broccoli (cleaned 300 g)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 Quail eggs
  • 2 tbsp Light cream
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Strong pinches of salt
  • 4 Strong pinches of pepper
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 4 Radish
  1. Clean the broccoli, cut into small florets, wash and drain well. Boil broccoli in salted water (1 teaspoon) for about 7 – 8 minutes, drain and rinse briefly in cold water. Fry the quail eggs in a little oil in molds and set aside. Halve the kiwi in a jagged shape (see my recipe: cut, scrape, decorate and garnish). Clean and decorate the radishes. (See my recipe: Cut, scrape, decorate and garnish) Fry beef fillet steaks in hot oil (1 tbsp) on both sides for 1.5 to 2 minutes each, with salt (4 big pinches) and pepper (4 big pinches) on both sides ) season and remove. Beef fillet steaks and broccoli drizzled lightly with cream, arrange and serve with kiwi, radishes and fried quail eggs.
