Bille's tuna salad

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 can of tuna (in oil, I just like it better)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled
  • mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

very simple, very tasty

Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl. Add the boiled eggs and mash everything with a fork. Add enough mayonnaise and stir until the consistency is creamy. Season with pepper, salt, and paprika. I recommend full-fat mayonnaise; I’ve tried several and found the low-fat varieties particularly unpalatable. The tuna salad tastes great on fresh baguette or bread rolls, but it also tastes great on dark bread and rolls.
