Blackberry – Apple – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 700 g blackberries
  • 300 g apples, grated
  • 500 g gelling sugar (2:1)
  • 1 pack of lemon(s) – acid

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes

Grate the apples, crush the blackberries, and mix with the gelling sugar and citric acid. Let it steep for 3 hours, then bring to a boil and simmer for 4 minutes. Skim off the skims and pour into screw-top jars.
