Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg blackberries
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 1 lemon(s), juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mash the blackberries with a potato masher, mix with sugar and lemon juice, and simmer for about 30 minutes while stirring. If the jam has set, pour it into jars. Setting test: Place a drop of the jam on a cold plate; it should set after a short time.
