Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 32 minutes

Preheat oven to 200°C (fan). Place the sausages in a baking dish and pierce each one 2-3 times. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes. The cooking time depends on the size/thickness of the sausages. Be sure to turn them over after 15-20 minutes. My men love sausages, but I don’t like the smell and the mess when they’re roasting. So I simply tried cooking the sausages in the oven. It works great! It doesn’t stink, it doesn’t splatter, and you can easily prepare the side dishes while the sausages sizzle in the oven.
