- 500 g meat sausage
- 2 tbsp parsley

Well suited for a buffet.
Cut out at least three small round slices per bread type, e.g., using a dessert ring, so that you have approximately 27 small round slices. Slice the cucumber and the sausage, so that you have at least two slices per bread snack. Spread the bread slices with grilled butter. Season the cucumber slices with herb salt. Using a dessert ring, stack the bread towers as follows: stack the slice of bread, sausage slice, cucumber slice, slice of another bread type, sausage slice, cucumber slice, and slice of the third bread type on top of each other. Sprinkle with dried parsley and secure with a toothpick or wooden skewer.
