Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 ml milk
- 100 g sugar
- 50 g cornstarch
- 100 ml water

Caramelize the sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the milk and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch with the water. Once the milk is boiling, add the cornstarch to achieve the desired consistency. If you need to add more cornstarch, you can also make a pudding. Let the sauce cool and serve with creams, puddings, fruit salads, ice cream, or fritters.
