Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 g butter
- 125 g cheese, grated
- 25 g flour
- Water
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Melt the butter over low heat and carefully dissolve the cheese in it. Stir until everything forms a liquid. Then carefully stir in the flour, add water, and simmer until a creamy sauce forms. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
