- 225 g flour
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
- 60 g butter
- 85 g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 150 ml milk
- 1 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Melt the butter and beat it with salt, mustard, cayenne pepper, and milk until fluffy. Stir in the cheddar cheese. Combine the flour and baking powder and knead in. Form the dough into small rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 220°C for 15-20 minutes.
