Ingredients

  • 2 fresh Kohlrabi
  • 1 bunch Green asparagus
  • Cleaned and cut
  • 1 Cut carrot
  • 1 handful Peas
  • 1 handful Corn cooked
  • 1 L Vegetable broth *
  • 150 g Sour cream
  • Salt pepper
  • Nutmeg from the mill
  • 1 bunch Chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Put the kohlrabi from the garden or from your own supply ... together with the carrots in a saucepan and bring to a simmer in the vegetable stock. In the last minutes of cooking, cut the asparagus and add the corn. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper (didn't need a lot of salt as my vegetable broth is very spicy)
  • Round off with the sour cream, a little nutmeg on the bottom. Refine and finally fold in the chopped parsley.
  • Just let it stand for 10 minutes to steep, then serve ...... suitable as a vegetable side dish for pan-fried foods, but also as a main meal with toasted baguette slices.
  • Tip 4: My vegetable broth: Supplies: Make your own vegetable broth
