Ingredients
- 2 fresh Kohlrabi
- 1 bunch Green asparagus
- Cleaned and cut
- 1 Cut carrot
- 1 handful Peas
- 1 handful Corn cooked
- 1 L Vegetable broth *
- 150 g Sour cream
- Salt pepper
- Nutmeg from the mill
- 1 bunch Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Put the kohlrabi from the garden or from your own supply ... together with the carrots in a saucepan and bring to a simmer in the vegetable stock. In the last minutes of cooking, cut the asparagus and add the corn. Season the whole thing with salt and pepper (didn't need a lot of salt as my vegetable broth is very spicy)
- Round off with the sour cream, a little nutmeg on the bottom. Refine and finally fold in the chopped parsley.
- Just let it stand for 10 minutes to steep, then serve ...... suitable as a vegetable side dish for pan-fried foods, but also as a main meal with toasted baguette slices.
