Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g chicken or turkey
- 100g mozzarella
- 1 large carrot(s)
- 1 m.-sized potato(s)
- ½ m.-large bell pepper(s), red
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp, heaped parsley, fresh or frozen, chopped
- 1 tsp basil, fresh or frozen, chopped
- 1 pinch(s) thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pinches of pepper
- 1 tsp, heaped butter
- 5 cashew nuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Chicken or turkey with vegetables in aluminum foil
Cut the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper into long strips. Then, place the chicken (preferably cut into smaller pieces) in a bowl and add 2 teaspoons of olive oil. Season with salt (1/2 teaspoon) and pepper (1 pinch), then add the vegetables, cashews, and butter and mix. Then, add the parsley, basil, and thyme and mix briefly again. Then, place the ingredients on aluminum foil and pour over the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper again. Seal the aluminum foil and place the package in a preheated oven (200°C fan-assisted) for about 25-30 minutes.
