Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 150 g oil
- 150 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 150 g chocolate flakes
- some milk
- 1 jar cherry(s)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Beat the sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Gradually add the flour and baking powder. Then add the cocoa, oil, chocolate pieces, and a little milk (to make the batter nice and smooth). Beat everything with a mixer on high for a long time, then add the jar of cherries. Then pour into a greased 26-diameter springform pan and bake in the oven at 170 degrees Celsius for about 60 minutes.
