Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml milk of your choice, e.g., condensed or soy milk
- 6 small pieces of milk chocolate, alternatively 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 6 allspice berries
- 1 cup of freshly brewed chai tea
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Heat the milk for about 1 minute, add the chocolate chips, and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Add the allspice berries and whisk thoroughly. Add the chai tea and let it simmer for another 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Strain and pour into a teacup. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup, if desired.
