Chocolate Owl Muffins

The perfect chocolate owl muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • *****Teig*****
  • 250 g Flour
  • 3 Teaspoon (level) Baking powder
  • 40 g Unsweetened cocoa
  • 2 tablespoon Food starch
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 blackboard Dark chocolate
  • 1 Egg
  • 125 g Sour cream
  • 175 ml Milk
  • *****Dekoration*****
  • 24 Black and white biscuits – Oreo)
  • 36 Chocolate drages
  • Chocolateglaze
  1. Mix the flour, cocoa, cornstarch, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt well in a bowl
  2. Finely grate the chocolate and add to the flour mixture.
  3. Mix the sour cream with the milk and the egg in another bowl, slowly add to the dry ingredients and stir in.
  4. Line two muffin sheets with paper liners and fill them with the batter.
  5. Now off with it in the 180 c. preheated oven for 20 – 25 minutes – make a swab test.
  6. In the meantime, divide the biscuits, put half aside with the cream, telen the other half again

  10. Put some glaze on the muffin as an adhesive – put 2 biscuits as a pair of eyes on it, in the middle put a tablet for high as a beak and the 2 halved as eyebrows over the eyes.
