Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 banana(s)
  • 1 pack of cake icing, dark
  • 1 pack of dark chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 cup of quark

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the banana into smaller pieces. Then heat the cake glaze until it’s liquid. Mix the yogurt and quark together, taking just enough to cover the banana in a medium-thick layer. Pour the glaze over the banana pieces and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Refrigerate the banana for 30-45 minutes. Then spread the quark-yogurt mixture over the banana.
