Chocolate tart with mango slices

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 470 g ready-made mix (Tarte au Chocolat baking mix)
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 4 eggs
  • some butter for the molds
  • 1 can mango(s) (mango wedges, approx. 425 g), drained
  • some sugar, brown

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grease the ovenproof baking dishes with butter. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Pour the baking mix into a bowl. Add softened butter and the eggs. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour the batter into the individual baking dishes. Press the drained mango wedges into the batter and sprinkle with brown sugar. Place the baking dishes in the preheated oven and bake on the lowest rack for about 20 minutes.
