Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g flour
- 180 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 300 g low-fat curd cheese
- 120 ml oil
- 30 g butter
- pinch(s) of salt
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 6 tbsp milk
- 100 g chocolate (chocolate drops)
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
for about 15 pieces – as delicious as at the bakery
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). First, stir together the flour, sugar, and eggs. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix with a mixer. It’s best to add the chocolate chips at the very end. Then place the dough in small heaps of any size on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (I usually make around 13-15) and bake for about 25 minutes.
