Christmas apple and plum jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,000 g plum(s), pitted, weighed
  • 1,000 g apples
  • 50 g marzipan
  • 1 tsp gingerbread spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 g walnuts, chopped
  • 1,000 g gelling sugar, 2:1
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Chop the plums and apples and boil them in a cup of water until soft. Add the marzipan and spices and blend until smooth. Add the gelling sugar and stir in the chopped walnuts just before boiling. Then boil gently for 4 minutes and immediately pour into jars.
