Christmas Apple Crumble
The perfect christmas apple crumble recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 9 Pc. Apple
- 2 Pc. Cinnamon sticks
- 3 Pc. Star anise
- 200 ml White wine
- 200 g Sugar
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 Pc. Vanilla pod
- 100 g Butter
- 50 g Flour
- Crumble the butter with (half) the sugar and flour. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes and continue to chop. Peel and chop the apples, bring to the boil with (other half) sugar and white wine and season with cinnamon and star anise. Whip the cream with the vanilla pulp and put all the components on top in a glass.
