Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 16 jacket potatoes, small, evenly sized
  • 16 slices of bacon
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 3 pieces of processed cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 g cheese, grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Grease a baking dish, wrap the cooled, peeled potatoes individually in bacon, and place them in the dish. Heat the cream, dissolve the cheese spread in it, and season with garlic. Pour this over the potatoes and sprinkle generously with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 200°C (400°F) for a good 10 minutes. Serve with fresh salad.
