Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g pork fillet(s)
- some salt and pepper, from the mill
- some fat for frying
- some mustard, hot
- some paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 45 minutes
cold pork fillet – made easy for a buffet
Preheat the oven to 90 degrees Celsius. Season the pork fillet with salt and pepper and sear it all over in a frying pan for 5 minutes. Remove from the pan, season all over with sweet paprika, and rub it thinly with a little hot mustard. Place the fillet on a rack in an ovenproof roasting dish and bake in the oven at 90 degrees Celsius for 1 hour 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool, then cut into thin slices and serve with dips or sauces.
