Colorful fruit salad with balsamic cream

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 pineapple
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 2 mint sprigs
  • 1 organic lime(s)
  • 2 oranges
  • 3 tbsp Mazzetti Cremoso Fig
  • pepper, black

Fruit salad with balsamic vinegar? A treat like no other!

1. Peel the mango and separate the flesh from the stone. Dice the flesh. Cut the pineapple open, remove the skin and core, and cut into cubes. Wash the strawberries, remove the green tops, and halve them. Peel the oranges and cut out the individual orange segments. Wash the mint and slice the leaves. 2. Place the fruit in individual bowls or on a large serving platter. Grate the lime zest and sprinkle over the fruit. Season with a pinch of black pepper and creamy balsamic vinegar.
