Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 tsp, levelled vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 80 ml oil, neutral
- 180 ml milk
- 2 tbsp cranberries
- 1 orange(s), organic, juice and zest
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
also tastes good with raisins if necessary
First, combine the dry ingredients, including the cranberries and orange zest. Whisk the eggs with the oil, then add the milk, and finally the orange juice. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix briefly. Pour into muffin tins lined with paper baking cups and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 27 minutes.
