Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 200 g ham, cooked
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 250 g pasta (horns)
  • 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cook pasta according to package instructions. Brown the ground beef and finely chopped onion. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano. Dice the cooked ham. Place the ground beef, ham, cooked pasta, and cheese in a baking dish. Mix well. Mix the cream with a little flour and pour over the top. Bake in the preheated oven at high heat for about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
