Dressed Meat Sausage

The perfect dressed meat sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Puff pastry roll
  • 1 ring Meat sausage
  • 100 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 0,5 bunch Chives fresh
  • 1 Egg yolk
  1. Roll up the puff pastry roll.
  1. Peel the meat sausage and place on the puff pastry.
  1. Mix the cream cheese with mustard and chives and smear the meat sausage with it.
  1. Wrap the meat sausage with the puff pastry and bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
