Dessert – without cream but with yogurt

Bring the morello cherries and their juice to a boil in a saucepan. During this time, mix half a sachet of vanilla pudding powder with about 4 tablespoons of milk. Add to the pan with the cherries, stirring constantly. Continue stirring until the cherry juice thickens, then remove from the heat and let cool slightly. Meanwhile, combine the quark, yogurt, mascarpone, and vanilla sugar in a mixing bowl with a mixer. Divide the cooled cherries among 12 dessert glasses. Spoon the quark, yogurt, and mascarpone cream over the mixture. Now drizzle with a little advocaat, if desired, and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Refrigerate the finished dessert glasses for about 1 hour and then serve. This dessert can easily be prepared the day before and kept refrigerated until the next day.
