Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 200 g gingerbread
- 100 ml cherry juice
- 1 jar cherry(s)
- 200 g quark
- 200 ml cream
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles or chocolate shavings
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with gingerbread and cherries
Drain the cherries and reserve the juice. Crumble the gingerbread, add the cherry juice, and mix. Combine the quark and powdered sugar, whip the cream, and fold into the quark mixture. Now fill glasses with the quark mixture, followed by the gingerbread mixture, cherries, and more quark mixture. Finally, garnish each dessert with a cherry and the chocolate shavings or sprinkles. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
