Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml white wine
  • 100 ml egg liqueur
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
  • e.g. cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients while still cold, then heat in a water bath, stirring constantly. Do not boil! Strain the eggnog through a fine sieve before serving. Enjoy with whipped cream.
