Elderberry tea

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tbsp sugar, or even better honey
  • 1 tbsp flowers (elderflowers)
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

against fever and colds

Boil the water, add sugar or honey, pour the boiling water over the elderflower blossoms, and add the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Let it steep. A tea for both healthy and sick days!
