Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 liter apple juice
- 700 g gelling sugar 2:1
- 1 lemon(s)
- 12 elderflowers
- 5 sprigs of mint
Instructions

Place elderflowers, sliced lemon, and apple juice in a lidded container and let it steep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Then pour through a sieve. Bring the fruit juice and mint to a boil with the preserving sugar and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the mint, transfer to small jars, and seal immediately. Place the jars with the lids down for 5 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.
