Elderflower – Quark !!

The perfect elderflower – quark !! recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Decoration:

  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Elderflower syrup
  • 1 packet Chopped pistachios
  • 2 Pc. Woodruff branches
  • 1 Pc. Chocolate biscuits
  1. Beat the quark with the whisk or hand mixer.
  2. Add the elderflower syrup & sugar, continue stirring. Fill into small glass bowls.

Decorate:

  1. Scatter pistachios, put on woodruff twig. Separate the biscuit at an angle and place it on top.
