Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 bottle of tomato ketchup
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 tsp curry
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Preheat oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and place in a baking dish. Stir the curry powder into the ketchup. Pour the ketchup over the fillets. Bake the fillets in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir the cream into the ketchup. Bake for another 30 minutes. Serve with rice and a green or mixed salad.
