Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g yogurt 1.5%
  • 4 tbsp, heaped muesli (crunchy muesli)
  • 2 apples, e.g. Elstar
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 40 g brown sugar
  • 50 ml milk 1.5%

Combine the low-fat quark, sugar, and milk in a bowl and whisk for 3 minutes. Depending on the consistency of the quark and the yogurt, the result will be thicker or runnier. You can adjust this with the amount of milk. The result should be a fluffy yogurt quark. Coarsely grate the apples, including the peel. Layer the grated apple on a plate, then the thinly sliced ​​banana, the crunchy muesli, and finally the yogurt quark. Chocolate or fruit crunchy muesli tastes good.
