Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 ml water
- 500 ml white wine, semi-dry
- 250 ml rum
- 5 m.-large egg yolks, fresh
- 3 m.-sized eggs
- 2 orange(s), the juice
- 300 g sugar
Instructions

The tastiest! With rum, white wine, and freshly squeezed orange!
Whisk the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar in a large saucepan until smooth. Pour in the white wine and rum and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Then add the water and the juice of the two oranges and bring back to a boil, stirring constantly. Enjoy hot with or without whipped cream! Boiling several times is important, as these are raw eggs!
