Fried Egg in Bun
The perfect fried egg in bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 size Bun
- 4 Discs Cooked ham
- 1 Red pointed peppers
- 8 Cocktail tomatoes
- 4 tablespoon Grated cheese
- 4 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Parsley
- Cut off the upper third of the bun and hollow it out,
- Clean the paprika, remove the seeds, cut into small cubes, quarter the tomatoes and dice the ham.
- Fill the hollowed-out rolls with the peppers, tomatoes and ham and add 1 tablespoon of cheese to each.
- Now slide 1 egg into each roll, season into a baking dish and put in the 160c, warm oven for about 15 minutes,
