Fried Egg in Bun

The perfect fried egg in bun recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 size Bun
  • 4 Discs Cooked ham
  • 1 Red pointed peppers
  • 8 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoon Grated cheese
  • 4 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  1. Cut off the upper third of the bun and hollow it out,
  2. Clean the paprika, remove the seeds, cut into small cubes, quarter the tomatoes and dice the ham.
  3. Fill the hollowed-out rolls with the peppers, tomatoes and ham and add 1 tablespoon of cheese to each.
  4. Now slide 1 egg into each roll, season into a baking dish and put in the 160c, warm oven for about 15 minutes,
