- 150 g goat’s cheese
- ¼ cup cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp apricot jam
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Mix the cream cheese with the cream and the remaining ingredients. If desired, you can also add up to 4 cloves of garlic or 3 teaspoons of apricot jam. Let it sit for about an hour.
