Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 pork chops
- Fat, for frying
- salt and pepper
- 2 bell peppers, green
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 bananas

Score the chops two or three times along the fat edges. Fry in hot oil on both sides for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Season with salt and a little pepper. At the same time, in a second pan, sauté the deseeded, sliced bell peppers until soft. Add the quartered tomatoes and finally the sliced bananas. Season the fried vegetables with salt and pile them on top of or next to the chops. Serve with mashed potatoes or curry rice for those who are really hungry.
